Job Description

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Conduct thorough and detailed audits of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to identify any potential quality issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve production and packaging documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Monitor and analyze trends in product quality and proactively identify areas for improvement or corrective action.
  5. Investigate and document any deviations or non-conformities in processes or products, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards, and ensure that all products and processes are in compliance.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  8. Participate in the review and approval of product and process changes, ensuring that all changes comply with regulatory requirements.
  9. Support the development and maintenance of quality systems, including documentation and record-keeping.
  10. Participate in external audits and inspections, and assist with responding to any findings or observations.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with quality requirements.
  12. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may impact product quality or compliance.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and drive a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Biology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As International Quality Standards.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
