  1. Develop and manage project plans for drug development initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues that may affect timelines or deliverables.
  4. Proactively communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  5. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective utilization.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project execution and delivery.
  7. Lead project meetings and facilitate communication and decision-making among team members.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting their professional development.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in drug development project management.
  12. Represent the company at conferences and other industry events, promoting our drug development capabilities.
  13. Continuously evaluate project performance and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Drug Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda And Ema Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience Managing Projects Through Regulatory Submissions And Approvals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Business Administration. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
