- Lead and manage the development of life-saving medications within the drug development project portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including FDA and ICH guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including clinical research organizations and regulatory agencies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team members.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in drug development to continuously improve project management processes.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Project Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes, Including Clinical Trials, Regulatory Requirements, And Project Timelines.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Adapt To Changing Priorities And Manage Competing Demands.
