- Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful launch and ongoing management of pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, medical, and regulatory to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Create and manage product budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups to support product awareness and education.
- Lead and coordinate product training for sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and messaging.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and materials to support product launch and ongoing promotional efforts.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure all promotional activities are in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and network with key stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and patient needs to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure the successful execution of product strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Pharmaceutical Products.
Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Pharmaceuticals, Business, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Market, Including Regulations And Compliance.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
