- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and medical affairs to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to make data-driven decisions.
- Manage product lifecycle and make recommendations for product line extensions or discontinuations.
- Develop and manage product budgets, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global strategies.
- Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to drive product awareness and advocacy.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide product training and support, and gather feedback from the field.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Attend and represent the company at conferences and events to showcase products and gather market insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and suppliers.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the product management function.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Novo Nordisk, promoting the company's values and mission.
Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Regulatory Requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Product Management, Preferably With A Focus On Diabetes Or Obesity.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Throughout Their Lifecycle, Including Market Analysis, Strategy Development, And Commercialization.
