  9. Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  10. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process-related tasks and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select and implement new equipment and technologies.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance overall production efficiency.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and culture to external stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Regulatory Submissions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Process Optimization Techniques And Statistical Process Control.

  • Familiarity With Process Design Software And Tools, Such As Aspen Plus Or Hysys.
