- Develop and optimize processes for the production of pharmaceuticals at Novo Nordisk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Utilize engineering principles and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot process issues and ensure efficient and effective production
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and batch records
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
- Maintain a high level of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities
- Participate in process validation activities and provide support for regulatory submissions
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process engineering, and make recommendations for their implementation in Novo Nordisk's processes
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify and qualify new equipment and materials for use in production processes
- Mentor and train junior process engineers and technicians as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry
Knowledge And Experience With Cgmp Regulations And Guidelines
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Complex Processes
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
