  1. Develop and improve production processes to ensure high quality and efficiency
  2. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
  3. Implement and maintain process control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
  5. Design and conduct experiments to optimize process parameters and improve product quality
  6. Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and apply best practices to enhance processes
  8. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
  9. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment
  10. Participate in validation activities for new processes and equipment
  11. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve production efficiency
  12. Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including FDA and cGMP standards
  13. Provide technical support and expertise to other departments, such as research and development, quality control, and regulatory affairs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Experience With Process Design, Optimization, And Troubleshooting In A Manufacturing Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Cross-Functional Team.
