  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Novo Nordisk's products, as well as the competitive landscape, to effectively promote and sell to healthcare professionals.
  2. Identify and build relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, to increase product awareness and sales.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Novo Nordisk's products and identifying new business opportunities.
  5. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  6. Educate healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of Novo Nordisk's products and provide ongoing support and resources.
  7. Accurately and timely record sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  8. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other relevant events to stay updated on industry developments and network with key stakeholders.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in all sales activities.
