  1. Promote and sell Novo Nordisk's products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers to drive product adoption and sales.
  3. Utilize product knowledge and clinical data to effectively communicate the benefits and value of Novo Nordisk's products to healthcare professionals.
  4. Attend conferences, meetings, and other events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  7. Continuously expand knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competition, and regulations.
  8. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
  9. Conduct market research and gather feedback from healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  10. Represent Novo Nordisk in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  11. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using company-approved systems.
  12. Contribute to team meetings, trainings, and other company events.
  13. Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers and attend company events.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards set by the company and the industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Business.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales Or Related Field.
