- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Novo Nordisk's products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Conduct effective sales presentations to healthcare professionals to promote Novo Nordisk's products and services
- Utilize market data and research to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth
- Attend and participate in industry conferences, events, and meetings to increase product awareness and generate leads
- Continuously analyze and evaluate sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to develop and implement sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by Novo Nordisk
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions using company-provided tools and software
- Comply with all legal and ethical guidelines and regulations set by Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Pharmaceutical Or Life Sciences.
Previous Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales Or Related Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
