
Payroll & Benefits Operations Specialist with French or Italian

- Process payroll and benefits for employees in France and Italy accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international payroll and benefits regulations.
- Communicate with employees, managers, and HR teams to resolve any payroll or benefits issues.
- Maintain accurate employee data and records in the payroll and benefits systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll and benefits processes and systems.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll and benefits laws and regulations in France and Italy.
- Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax and deduction reports, to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, such as tax reporting and reconciliation.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Communicate with external vendors, such as payroll and benefits providers, to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Train and onboard new team members on payroll and benefits processes and systems.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline payroll and benefits operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll and benefits records for auditing purposes.
- Utilize French or Italian language skills to communicate with employees and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to payroll and benefits operations.
- Support other HR and finance functions as needed.
- Continuously strive for accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll and benefits operations.
