Payer Evidence Specialist

1. Conduct research and analysis on the payer landscape to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for market access.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key payers and payer organizations to understand their priorities and needs.
3. Provide evidence-based support for payer negotiations, including value propositions, data analysis, and presentations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, health economics, and marketing, to develop and execute market access strategies.
5. Monitor and track payer policies and reimbursement trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
6. Communicate complex data and information in a clear and concise manner to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date on relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance and inform market access strategies.
8. Assist in the development of payer-focused materials, including dossiers, presentations, and training programs.
9. Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities related to payer coverage and reimbursement decisions.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on payer evidence and market access, providing guidance and support to colleagues and other departments as needed.
11. Contribute to the development of evidence-based pricing and contracting strategies to maximize patient access to Novo Nordisk treatments.
12. Represent Novo Nordisk at payer meetings, conferences, and other events to share insights and build relationships.
13. Proactively gather and analyze data to identify insights and trends that can inform market access strategies.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve market access processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
