- Conduct research and development activities to improve and optimize packaging materials and designs for pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and regulatory specialists, to ensure packaging solutions meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure adherence to Novo Nordisk's safety and environmental policies and procedures in all packaging development activities.
- Mentor and train junior packaging scientists and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in packaging development.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Packaging Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Packaging Development, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Equipment, And Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards For Packaging In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
