- Develop and maintain packaging designs for pharmaceutical products in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on new packaging materials, technologies, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Design and execute packaging testing and validation protocols to ensure product safety, stability, and integrity.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in packaging materials and processes without compromising product quality.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation and records of packaging specifications, designs, and testing results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all packaging activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance, on packaging-related matters.
- Continuously evaluate and improve packaging processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source and qualify new packaging materials and equipment.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall product quality and patient safety.
- Mentor and train junior packaging engineers and interns.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the packaging area.

Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Packaging Design And Development, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Processes, And Regulations (E.g. Fda, Iso)
Experience With Packaging Equipment And Machinery, Including Troubleshooting And Optimization
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams
