  1. Operate packaging machinery: The Operator I will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure quality control: The Operator I will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging processes meet company and industry quality standards.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization: The Operator I will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized packaging area to ensure the safety and quality of the products.

  8. Maintain accurate documentation: The Operator I will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of all packaging processes and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with team members: The Operator I will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of packaging tasks.
  10. Continuously improve processes: The Operator I will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Train new employees: The Operator I may be responsible for training new employees in packaging processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to company policies: The Operator I will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and code of conduct.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Packaging Role

  • Ability To Operate And Troubleshoot Packaging Equipment
