  1. Write and edit high-quality medical communication materials, including but not limited to scientific publications, medical education materials, and regulatory documents.
  2. Translate complex scientific information into clear and concise language for various audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, clinical development, and marketing, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medical writing projects.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of scientific data and literature to support the development of medical communication materials.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, regulations, and internal processes for the development and review of medical writing materials.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Novo Nordisk's products and disease areas to effectively communicate key messages and scientific data.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  8. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all written materials.
  9. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to discussions on content and strategy.
  10. Continuously improve writing skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical writing.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and key opinion leaders to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Medical Writing Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Scientific And Medical Terminology, As Well As Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements.

  • Excellent Writing And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Medical Information To Various Audiences.

  • Familiarity With Clinical Trial Documentation And Data Analysis, As Well As Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Publications.
