  1. Develop and write high-quality scientific documents such as clinical study reports, manuscripts, posters, and presentations for internal and external use.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medical writing deliverables.
  3. Conduct thorough research and review of scientific literature to ensure accuracy and relevance of written materials.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to medical writing and incorporate them into written materials as needed.
  5. Review and edit documents for adherence to company and industry standards, including style, format, and content.
  6. Ensure that all written materials are of high quality, scientifically accurate, and compliant with applicable guidelines and regulations.
  7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of document templates, style guides, and other tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in medical writing.
  8. Participate in project team meetings and provide input on document timelines, content, and strategy.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical writers as needed.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as necessary to support medical writing activities.
  11. Maintain meticulous records and version control of all written materials.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of written materials.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline medical writing processes and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all written materials.
  15. Represent Novo Nordisk in a professional and scientific manner at conferences, meetings, and other events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In A Relevant Field Of Study Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences

  • Previous Experience In Medical Writing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Scientific Writing Principles

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Medical Writing, Including Ich And Fda Guidelines

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
