- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, researchers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Novo Nordisk products and disease areas, providing scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to support the launch and promotion of new products.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific and clinical developments in relevant disease areas and communicate this information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and facilitate opportunities for medical education and scientific exchange with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct presentations, trainings, and other educational activities for healthcare professionals.
- Represent Novo Nordisk at medical conferences and events, and participate in advisory boards and other scientific meetings.
- Provide scientific support for clinical trials and other research initiatives.
- Collaborate with Market Access and Commercial teams to provide input on medical and scientific aspects of product development and commercial strategies.
- Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements, including but not limited to compliance with company policies and procedures, the relevant healthcare compliance guidance, and local regulations.
Advanced Degree: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Or Life Sciences, Is Typically Required For A Medical Science Liaison (Msl) Position At Novo Nordisk.
Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Clinical Research And Patient Care, Ideally With 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting. This Experience Is Crucial In Understanding The Medical Needs And Challenges Of Healthcare Professionals.
Therapeutic Area Expertise: Novo Nordisk Is A Leader In Diabetes Care, Obesity, And Rare Blood And Endocrine Disorders.
