Medical Science Liaison

1. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and medical organizations to support the scientific exchange of information and promote Novo Nordisk products.
2. Serve as a scientific expert and resource for internal teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure accurate and up-to-date understanding of Novo Nordisk products and disease areas.
3. Plan, organize, and execute educational programs and events for healthcare professionals to enhance understanding and use of Novo Nordisk products.
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest medical and scientific developments, clinical data, and competitor information in relevant therapeutic areas.
5. Communicate key scientific and clinical data to healthcare professionals in a clear and compelling manner, tailored to their specific needs and interests.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address knowledge gaps or educational needs in the medical community.
7. Respond to medical inquiries and provide accurate and timely information to healthcare professionals.
8. Represent Novo Nordisk at medical conferences, symposia, and other scientific events and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
9. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while carrying out job responsibilities.
10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with external stakeholders and internal colleagues.
11. Continuously assess and report on the effectiveness of medical communications and activities, and make recommendations for improvements.
12. Contribute to the development of medical strategies and plans to support Novo Nordisk products and pipeline.
13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the medical affairs team and across departments.
15. Represent Novo Nordisk in a positive and professional manner at all times.
