- Support the medical affairs team in the development and execution of medical strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on current and emerging medical trends, treatments, and technologies.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical research, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Keep track of and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the success of medical activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and adherence to ethical standards.
- Plan and coordinate medical events, such as conferences, symposiums, and advisory boards.
- Provide support for the development and delivery of medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of medical information and materials.
- Collaborate with medical science liaisons and key opinion leaders to gather insights and feedback on products and initiatives.
- Participate in the review and approval process for promotional materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of medical training programs for internal stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Novo Nordisk, representing the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
- Support and promote the company's mission of improving the lives of patients with chronic diseases.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, Preferably In A Medical Affairs Role.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Discipline, Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Medicine.
Strong Understanding Of Drug Development And Regulatory Processes.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Diverse Audiences.
Knowledge Of Relevant Therapeutic Areas And Disease States, With A Focus On Diabetes, Obesity, Or Other Metabolic Diseases.
