- Contribute to the development and execution of the medical strategy for Novo Nordisk products.

- Provide support to the medical affairs team by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between Novo Nordisk and healthcare professionals, responding to medical inquiries and providing support for educational programs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of advisory boards, medical meetings, and other scientific events.
- Review and approve promotional materials to ensure they are medically accurate and comply with regulations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Novo Nordisk products, their indications, and their competitive landscape.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to help inform the medical strategy.
- Support the training and development of internal teams on medical and scientific topics.
- Adhere to all compliance and ethical standards in all job responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all activities and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Novo Nordisk at medical conferences, symposia, and other events as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Medicine.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, Preferably In Medical Affairs Or Clinical Research.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Ability To Interpret And Communicate Scientific Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
