  1. Conduct research and stay updated on current developments and trends in the healthcare industry, specifically related to diabetes care.
  2. Assist in the development and execution of medical affairs plans and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication of medical affairs activities.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  5. Develop and deliver presentations and scientific materials to healthcare professionals, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  6. Support the planning and execution of medical education events and programs.
  7. Monitor and analyze data and literature to identify insights and trends in the healthcare market.
  8. Participate in the review and approval of promotional and educational materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on Novo Nordisk products and therapeutic areas, providing accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential issues and challenges related to medical affairs activities.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in medical affairs processes and practices.
  12. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  14. Travel as needed to attend conferences, meetings, and other events.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Medicine.

  • Prior Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Medical Affairs Or Clinical Research.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And The Role Of Medical Affairs In Supporting Product Development And Launch.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Medical Affairs Activities, Including Compliance With Industry Codes And Regulations.
