  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in chronic disease treatments and therapies.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external medical experts to support the development of new treatments and therapies.
  3. Assist in the planning and execution of medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry.
  5. Create and maintain scientific materials and resources, such as medical publications and presentations.
  6. Provide scientific support and training to internal teams, including sales and marketing.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in all activities.
  8. Represent the company at medical conferences and events, presenting scientific data and engaging with healthcare professionals.
  9. Use strong communication skills to effectively convey complex scientific information to a variety of audiences.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of medical strategies and plans.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of new products.
  12. Participate in the review and analysis of clinical trial data to support product development.
  13. Maintain a deep understanding of Novo Nordisk's products, competitors, and the healthcare industry as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Or Life Sciences.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, Preferably In Medical Affairs.

  • Thorough Understanding Of Clinical Research And Drug Development Processes.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Therapeutic Areas And Disease States, Specifically In Diabetes And Obesity, And Ability To Stay Updated On Current Medical Literature And Guidelines.
