- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical division in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and materials for Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor and analyze market and product performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
- Train and support sales teams on product knowledge, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Represent Novo Nordisk at conferences, events, and other external engagements to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategies and consistency in messaging.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Novo Nordisk, promoting the company's values and mission to improve patients' lives.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt marketing strategies to meet changing market dynamics and customer needs.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all marketing activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Promoting Pharmaceutical Products.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Regulations, Compliance, And Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
