- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.

- Champion a patient-centric approach in all marketing efforts, with a focus on improving the lives of patients with chronic diseases.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to share best practices and ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
- Represent Novo Nordisk at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
- Continuously evaluate and identify new marketing opportunities to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Novo Nordisk's mission and values both internally and externally.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Marketing, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
In-Depth Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Knowledge Of Drug Development, Regulatory Processes, And Market Dynamics.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Marketing Pharmaceutical Products, Including Developing And Executing Strategic Marketing Plans.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Medical Affairs, And Market Access.
