  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  2. Perform routine and/or complex manufacturing tasks, such as mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
  3. Monitor and document manufacturing processes, including recording data and maintaining accurate production records.
  4. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure efficient and timely production.
  5. Adhere to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations and company policies to ensure product quality and safety.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Production, to support manufacturing operations.
  7. Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
  9. Train and mentor new or junior team members on manufacturing processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
  12. Continuously update job knowledge and skills through training and self-study to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by communicating effectively and professionally with colleagues at all levels.
  14. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the company and maintain confidentiality of company and patient information.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Operating And Troubleshooting Manufacturing Equipment: A Manufacturing Technician At Novo Nordisk Should Have A Strong Background In Operating And Maintaining Various Types Of Manufacturing Equipment, Such As Filling Machines, Packaging Machines, And Labeling Machines. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During Production.

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp And Fda Regulations: Novo Nordisk Is A Pharmaceutical Company That Must Comply With Strict Cgmp (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) And Fda Regulations. A Qualified Manufacturing Technician Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Follow Them To Ensure The Safety And Quality Of The Products Being Manufactured.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Manufacturing Technician, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. They Must Be Able To Follow Precise Instructions And Accurately Record Data Throughout The Production Process. Any Mistakes Or Errors Can Impact Product Quality And Safety, So Attention To Detail Is Essential.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment, Problems Can Arise Unexpectedly. A Qualified Manufacturing Technician Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Quickly Identify And Resolve Issues That May Arise During Production. This Includes Being Able To Troubleshoot Equipment, Identify Potential Hazards, And Come Up With Solutions To Keep Production Running Smoothly.

  • Ability To Work In A Team: Novo Nordisk Values Collaboration And Teamwork. As A Manufacturing Technician, You Will Be Working With A Team Of Technicians, Engineers, And Other Professionals To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Manufacturing Process.
