- Develop and implement effective rewards strategies, programs, and initiatives for North America region in alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and rewards programs.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs and design rewards programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Lead the design and execution of annual compensation processes, including salary planning, bonus programs, and equity awards.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's compensation and benefits philosophy and ensure consistency across all rewards programs.
- Communicate and educate employees on compensation and benefits programs and respond to inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of our rewards programs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support the development and implementation of rewards programs.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in talent management and rewards strategy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve rewards programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Embody and promote the company's values and culture, including diversity and inclusion, in all aspects of the role.
- Collaborate with global rewards teams to share best practices and ensure consistency and alignment with global rewards strategies.
- Represent the company in industry events and conferences related to talent management and rewards.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in company-wide initiatives and projects.
Strong Knowledge Of North American Compensation And Benefits Practices: A Manager - North America Rewards At Novo Nordisk Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Compensation And Benefits Landscape In The North American Market. They Should Be Familiar With Local Laws And Regulations, Industry Trends, And Best Practices.
