Job Description

  1. Design and implement incentive compensation programs: The Manager of Incentive Compensation will be responsible for developing and executing innovative incentive plans that align with the company's overall compensation strategy and drive business growth.
  2. Manage a team: This role requires the ability to lead and manage a team of compensation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of the incentive programs.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders: The Manager of Incentive Compensation will work closely with various stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and sales teams, to identify and understand business needs and ensure the incentive plans are aligned with company objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance: This individual will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of the incentive plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure they are driving desired behaviors and results.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends: The Manager of Incentive Compensation will stay informed on industry trends and best practices in incentive compensation, bringing new ideas and strategies to the table to continuously improve the company's programs.
  6. Ensure compliance: It is the responsibility of this role to ensure that all incentive plans are compliant with company policies and regulations.
  7. Communicate and educate: This individual will be responsible for communicating the details of the incentive plans to employees and educating them on how they can maximize their rewards, promoting engagement and motivation.
  8. Analyze data and make recommendations: The Manager of Incentive Compensation will analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for the design and improvement of incentive plans.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships: This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership, to ensure buy-in and support for the incentive programs.
  10. Drive continuous improvement: The Manager of Incentive Compensation will continuously review and evaluate the effectiveness of the incentive plans and make recommendations for improvements to ensure they remain competitive and drive desired results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Incentive Compensation Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Performance-Based Incentive Programs, Including Design, Implementation, And Measurement.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Experience, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Compensation Professionals.
