  1. Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth for Novo Nordisk.
  2. Manage a portfolio of digital projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Lead and optimize digital projects and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and drive innovation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital opportunities.
  5. Monitor and analyze digital project performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  6. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

  10. Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Train and mentor team members on digital project management best practices.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve digital project management processes and procedures.

  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a positive brand image.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to integrate digital strategies and initiatives into overall business plans.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Portfolio Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Technologies, Including But Not Limited To Crm, Social Media, And Website Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Digital Portfolios, With A Focus On Roi And Business Impact.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
