- Manage the budget and resources allocated to market access communication activities.
- Develop and maintain a network of KOLs and thought leaders to support and amplify communication efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in market access communication and incorporate them into strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in all communication materials and activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on market access communication within the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development.
- Represent Novo Nordisk at industry conferences and events to promote our products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
