  1. Lead audits of Novo Nordisk's products and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Identify areas for improvement in quality and compliance and develop action plans to address them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on auditing standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
  5. Train and mentor junior auditors on auditing techniques and best practices.
  6. Review and analyze audit findings to identify trends and areas of concern.
  7. Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain audit schedules and ensure timely completion of audits.
  9. Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and standards and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and driving quality and compliance initiatives.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to quality and compliance.
  12. Represent the company in external audits and inspections.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their compliance with company standards.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards.
  15. Contribute to the overall mission of Novo Nordisk to improve the lives of millions of people worldwide.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Auditing: A Lead Auditor At Novo Nordisk Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Audits, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Audit Methodologies And Possess A Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Lead Auditor, Effective Communication Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Findings And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And Auditees. They Should Also Possess Excellent Report Writing Skills.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Successful Lead Auditor Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Risks And Issues During Audits. They Should Also Have The Ability To Develop Practical Solutions To Address These Issues And Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Standards.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Lead Auditor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Auditors And Leading Audits At Various Novo Nordisk Sites. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team To Achieve A Common Goal.
