Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Prior Experience In Healthcare It Support, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa And Gdpr.
Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Troubleshooting Software And Hardware Issues.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Assist And Educate Healthcare Professionals On It Systems And Processes.
