Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hipaa Regulations And Compliance.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills With A Strong Attention To Detail.
Familiarity With Healthcare-Specific Software And Systems, Such As Emr/Ehr And Medical Devices.
