
IT Support Specialist (Healthcare)

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment used by healthcare professionals at Novo Nordisk
- Continuously monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Create and maintain documentation on IT systems, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Assist with the implementation and testing of new IT systems and upgrades
- Train and educate employees on the proper use of IT systems and equipment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare and IT to make recommendations for improving our systems and processes
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service to address their IT needs and concerns
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Providing Technical Support In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Individuals At All Levels Of An Organization.
