  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment used by healthcare professionals at Novo Nordisk
  • Continuously monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Create and maintain documentation on IT systems, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Assist with the implementation and testing of new IT systems and upgrades
  • Train and educate employees on the proper use of IT systems and equipment
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare and IT to make recommendations for improving our systems and processes
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service to address their IT needs and concerns
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Providing Technical Support In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Individuals At All Levels Of An Organization.
