  1. Provide technical support for healthcare systems and applications to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare staff to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in order to continuously improve healthcare operations.
  5. Conduct training sessions for healthcare staff to educate them on new systems and applications.
  6. Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support new technology initiatives.
  8. Identify and report any technical issues or trends to the IT team for further investigation.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, when providing technical support.
  10. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.
  11. Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours technical support as needed.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA regulations.
  13. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
  14. Take ownership of technical issues and see them through to resolution.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes to enhance the overall efficiency of healthcare operations.
  16. Collaborate with external vendors or service providers to resolve technical issues.
  17. Assist with the implementation of new healthcare technology and systems.
  18. Provide regular updates and reports on technical support activities to management.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values.
  20. Uphold the company's mission to improve the lives of patients worldwide through the use of technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Information Systems And Electronic Medical Records.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations And Experience Maintaining Compliance With Data Privacy And Security Standards.
