- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals using Novo Nordisk's IT systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Novo Nordisk's IT infrastructure and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of IT systems
- Maintain and update IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security
- Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals on how to effectively use Novo Nordisk's IT systems
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to continuously improve IT systems
- Serve as a liaison between Novo Nordisk's IT department and healthcare professionals to gather feedback and address any concerns or suggestions
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities in Novo Nordisk's IT systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance guidelines in the healthcare industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Knowledge Of Healthcare Information Systems And Regulations, Such As Hipaa
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Well With Individuals Of Varying Technical Abilities
