  1. Provide technical support to healthcare professionals: This includes troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues they may encounter with our systems or devices.
  2. Maintain and update IT systems: The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all IT systems are up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly.
  3. Conduct training sessions: As a part of the IT Support team, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure they are familiar with our systems and able to use them effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In It Support, Preferably Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems And Experience With Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Hitech.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
