- Provide technical support for all IT systems and equipment used in the healthcare division of Novo Nordisk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues or problems that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions for improving system efficiency and functionality.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all IT systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.

- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In It Support, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry
Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Software, And Hardware Used In Healthcare Settings
Familiarity With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Hipaa Regulations
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
