  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to leaders within the pharmaceutical sector, providing guidance and support on all HR related matters.
  3. Proactively identify and address any potential HR issues or challenges within the sector, and work to find effective solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to talent management, employee development, and performance management.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
  8. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  9. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to current HR policies and procedures.
  10. Work closely with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  11. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  12. Partner with the HR team to implement and communicate company-wide initiatives and programs.
  13. Serve as a role model for the company's culture and values, and promote a positive employer brand.
  14. Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, With A Focus On Employee Relations And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Knowledge Of Local And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations, With Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Ensure Compliance.
