  1. Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for business leaders in the pharmaceutical division.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to: employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
  3. Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address human resources issues and challenges, and develop effective solutions.
  5. Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for training and development programs.
  6. Ensure compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations related to human resources.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  8. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both the company and the candidate.
  9. Analyze and interpret human resources data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on effective resolution.
  11. Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  13. Serve as a coach and mentor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Business Partner Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With Business Goals And Objectives.
