  1. Conduct economic evaluations: Conduct rigorous economic evaluations to assess the cost-effectiveness and value of Novo Nordisk's products and healthcare solutions.
  2. Provide insights and analysis: Utilize analytical tools and methods to provide critical insights and analysis on market trends, pricing strategies, and healthcare policies to support decision-making processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health economic strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Perform data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources including clinical trials, real-world evidence, and market data to inform decision-making and support product positioning.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay abreast of new developments in the healthcare industry, including changes in reimbursement policies, healthcare systems, and market dynamics, and incorporate these into health economic analyses.
  6. Communicate findings: Communicate complex findings and analyses in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, healthcare providers, and payers.
  7. Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups, to understand their needs and incorporate them into health economic strategies.
  8. Contribute to product development: Collaborate with R&D teams to provide economic input in the development of new products and support the launch of new products through economic evaluations and pricing strategies.
  9. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all relevant guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards while conducting health economic analyses and representing Novo Nordisk.
  10. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of health economic analyses.

Job Qualifications
  • A Degree In Economics, Health Economics, Or A Related Field Such As Public Health Or Health Policy.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Statistical Analysis Software Such As Sas Or Stata.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Experience Working With Healthcare Data, Such As Claims Or Electronic Medical Records.

  • Familiarity With Health Economic Modeling Techniques And Experience Conducting Cost-Effectiveness Analyses.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data And Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
