- Develop and implement global SEO and SEM strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for Novo Nordisk.
- Lead and manage all aspects of search engine optimization and marketing, including keyword research, content optimization, and paid search campaigns.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on SEO and SEM performance, using data to drive strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO and SEM efforts align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Manage and optimize search engine marketing budgets to maximize ROI and meet business goals.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with website development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on all web properties.
- Identify and implement innovative and creative solutions to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain and improve search rankings.
- Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global SEO and SEM strategies.
- Regularly communicate SEO and SEM performance and updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay informed on competitors' SEO and SEM strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support SEO and SEM efforts.
- Continuously monitor and optimize SEO and SEM processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Search Engine Optimization (Seo) And Search Engine Marketing (Sem) Strategies, Techniques, And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Managing Successful Seo And Sem Campaigns On A Global Scale, Preferably Within The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Experience Working With Various Seo And Sem Tools, Such As Google Analytics, Google Adwords, And Semrush.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations For Improving Search Engine Rankings And Driving Website Traffic.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders Across Different Regions And Cultures.
