- Develop and execute global marketing strategy for Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical products, with a focus on diabetes care
- Drive brand growth and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure coordinated and effective execution of marketing plans
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies
- Monitor and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to inform strategic planning and stay ahead of the curve

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Global Marketing, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Global Marketing Strategies And Campaigns.
Strong Understanding Of Global Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulations Related To The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
