- Develop and implement global HEOR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of HEOR professionals to execute research projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical affairs, and commercial, to ensure the integration of HEOR findings into decision-making processes.
- Conduct and oversee health economics and outcomes research studies, including economic modeling, real-world evidence studies, and value dossier development.
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams in developing and executing HEOR plans and studies.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in HEOR and healthcare systems globally.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, KOLs, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations in all HEOR activities.
- Present HEOR data and findings to internal and external stakeholders, including at conferences and scientific meetings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HEOR within the company and represent the company in external forums.
- Contribute to the development of pricing and market access strategies, based on HEOR evidence.
- Participate in the development of new products and indications, providing HEOR input and insights.
- Develop and manage budgets for HEOR projects and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Act as a key resource for HEOR-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HEOR team.
- Collaborate with other global HEOR leads to share best practices and drive alignment across regions.
- Support the company's commitment to patients by ensuring that HEOR efforts are focused on improving healthcare outcomes on a global scale.
Advanced Degree In Health Economics, Health Services Research, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Heor, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Global Healthcare Systems And Reimbursement Policies.
Experience In Developing And Executing Heor Strategies For Pharmaceutical Products.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Both Internally And Externally.
