  1. Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to assess and address environmental, health, and safety concerns.
  4. Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  5. Conduct training and educational programs to promote a culture of safety and raise awareness of environmental and health issues.
  6. Monitor and track environmental, health, and safety metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices and incorporate them into company policies and procedures.
  8. Investigate and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop emergency response plans and procedures and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders as necessary.
  11. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  12. Maintain records and documentation related to environmental, health, and safety activities.
  13. Assist with the development and management of the environmental, health, and safety budget.
  14. Serve as a resource for employees regarding environmental, health, and safety concerns and provide guidance on safe work practices.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek ways to enhance the company's environmental, health, and safety performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Environmental Health And Safety.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Procedures.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (Chmm) Are Highly Desired.
