13. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in environmental health and safety processes and procedures.
14. Communicate and promote the importance of environmental health and safety to all employees, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility.
15. Represent Novo Nordisk in environmental health and safety-related meetings, conferences, and events.
