You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our enablement programs are effectively implemented and aligned with our business goals.To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of enablement best practices, along with excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and utilization of enablement tools, processes, and methodologies across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that enablement programs align with business goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze adoption metrics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Lead training and onboarding initiatives for new enablement tools and processes.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members on enablement best practices and methodologies.
  6. Develop and maintain governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with enablement programs.
  7. Act as a liaison between the enablement team and other departments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new enablement programs.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enablement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  10. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of enablement adoption to key stakeholders and leadership.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  12. Take ownership of any escalations related to enablement adoption and work towards finding effective solutions.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of enablement programs.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the enablement adoption and governance process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent Novo Nordisk at industry events and conferences to promote the organization's enablement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Change Management, Or Enablement Adoption.

  • Strong Understanding Of Novo Nordisk's Products, Services, And Target Markets.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Enablement Adoption Strategies And Governance Frameworks.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
