  • Develop and implement automation solutions using DCS systems to improve efficiency and productivity in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to DCS systems to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in DCS technology and make recommendations for implementation within the company
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates to DCS systems to ensure they are functioning at optimal levels
  • Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for DCS systems and related processes
  • Train and mentor junior engineers on DCS system operation and troubleshooting techniques
  • Comply with all company and industry regulations and standards for DCS systems and automation processes
  • Participate in project planning and execution, providing expertise on DCS systems and their integration with other manufacturing equipment
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of DCS equipment and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Automation Engineering, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Dcs (Distributed Control System) And Plc (Programmable Logic Controller) Systems.

  • Experience With Designing And Implementing Automation Solutions For Process Control And Data Management.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) In A Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.
