  • Develop and implement strategies for the successful execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective trial conduct
  • Oversee the planning and execution of clinical trial protocols, including site selection, patient recruitment, and study monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal policies
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and proactively develop contingency plans
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including study investigators, study coordinators, and vendors
  • Review and analyze clinical trial data, and provide recommendations for study improvements
  • Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Manage study budgets and resources, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments, and incorporate best practices into clinical trial management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And International Regulations

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Timelines, Budgets, And Resources

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
