- Develop and implement strategies for the successful execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective trial conduct
- Oversee the planning and execution of clinical trial protocols, including site selection, patient recruitment, and study monitoring
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal policies
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and proactively develop contingency plans
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including study investigators, study coordinators, and vendors
- Review and analyze clinical trial data, and provide recommendations for study improvements
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders
- Manage study budgets and resources, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, and incorporate best practices into clinical trial management processes.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials In The Pharmaceutical Industry
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And International Regulations
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Timelines, Budgets, And Resources
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
